Meet The Founder
Level Up SEND Consultancy Ltd was founded by Charlotte Ujvari, a SEND consultant, advocate, and Founder & Director of Bridgepoint Learning CIC.
Charlotte’s work is deeply rooted in lived experience supporting children with complex SEND needs, neurodivergence, prolonged school absence, disability-related challenges, and navigating education, NHS, and local authority systems. Through years of advocating for her own family, she developed a strong understanding of EHCP processes, SEND law, multi-agency working, and the emotional impact these systems can have on families.
Alongside lived experience, Charlotte has continued to develop her knowledge through professional training in SEND law, trauma-informed practice, autism, sensory processing, neurodiversity, and family support. She is passionate about creating support that feels approachable, empowering, practical, and genuinely human.
Charlotte believes families deserve support that not only understands systems and processes, but also understands the real emotional reality of living through them.
